Wagner Man Drowns While Fishing

A Wagner man is dead after falling into the Missouri River while fishing on Tuesday.  Charles Mix County authorities say 71 year old Robert Clemens was fishing from the Spillway Boat Ramp Dock on the Missouri River located below Pickstown with his brother at about 3:30 yesterday.  Clemens fell from the boat dock into the water.  His body was recovered just over thirty minutes later.  It is believed that Clemens may have had a medical condition prior to falling into the water.  Authorities are continuing their investigation.
