Ten Arrested In Watertown Investigation

Ten individuals have been arrested and indicted in federal court as a result of an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.  The multi-year investigation was dubbed Operation Black Widow.  ATF agents arrested ten people in Watertown Thursday on various charges from distributing drugs to fraud to illegal possession of firearms.  Those arrested have broken state and federal laws, and some of them have been involved in violent crimes.  While it was a federal operation, local law enforcement was brought in on the case to make the arrests.  All but one of those arrested are from Watertown.
