Sanford Underground Lab Teleconference To Be Held In Mitchell

The public will have an opportunity to interact with physicists working nearly a mile underground at the Sanford Underground Research Facility in the former Homestake Gold Mine in Lead during Thursday’s Mitchell Rotary Club meeting.  The teleconference begins at noon on Thursday at the Ramada Inn in Mitchell.  It is free and open to the public.  Lunch is optional for ten dollars.
