Prosecutors To Decide On Death Penalty In Mitchell Murder

A judge has given prosecutors until early next week to decide whether or not to seek the death penalty against a man accused of killing a Mitchell woman.  36-year old Kent Davidson is charged with first degree murder, second degree murder, and first degree manslaughter in the March death of 26-year old Crystal Schulz.  Davidson is also charged with committing a felony while armed with a firearm.  He has pleaded not guilty.  His trial is set for January.
