Oil Fire Burns In North Dakota

Residents of Casselton, North Dakota were asked to leave their homes last night, as an oil fire caused by a train derailment burns itself out. 

A Burlington Northern Santa Fe grain train derailed, hitting an adjacent oil train near Casselton, which is west of Fargo. The crash caused a massive explosion and fireball. No injuries have been reported yet.  The evacuation was voluntary, but officials believe about 65 percent of the residents did leave.
