Noem Still Hopeful For New Farm Bill This Month

South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem, a member of the Farm Bill Conference Committee, says dairy provisions and Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley’s position on payment limits and eligibility requirements are hanging up farm bill negotiations.  She says the conference committee may have another public meeting to talk about several remaining issues.

Noem says she’s still shooting for having a bill drawn up by the end of the month.
