Mitchell Police Searching For Suspect In Vehicle Theft

Mitchell police are asking for the public’s help.  Sometime between Friday, July 26 at 11 pm and Saturday, July 27 at 6:40 am, a person stole a pearl white 2005 Pontiac Bonneville GXP car that was parked on the 1000 block of West 5th Avenue in Mitchell.  The vehicle was recovered from a parking lot located by the intersection of 6th and Langdon in Mitchell.  A witness saw a suspect described as being a Native American or Hispanic male, 5’8″ tall, 20-25 years old exit the vehicle and travel eastbound on a skateboard.  Anyone with information on the theft is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 605-996-1700.
