Mitchell Man Pleads Not Guilty To Reckless Burning

A Mitchell man accused of burning down a house pleaded not guilty yesterday.  32 year old Robert Pomani is charged with two counts of reckless burning for a house fire at 615 West 4th Avenue.  The fire caused about 80,000 dollars in damage to the residence.  He faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.  A jury trial was scheduled for February.
