Law Enforcement Responds To Clear Lake Double Shooting

Law enforcement was called to a Clear Lake residence on Sunday night at around 9 pm to respond to a call for a double shooting.  Two individuals sustained gunshot wounds and were flown to a hospital for medical care.  The alleged shooter, Brett M. Pommer, 40, Clear Lake, proceeded to barricade himself in the residence.  No contact could be made between law enforcement officials and Pommer.  Joint SWAT teams then entered the residence to find Pommer dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
