Independent Candidate To Run For Governor

Independent Candidate To Run For Governor

An independent candidate has declared his intention to run for governor in 2014.  Mike Myers is a former USD Law School professor.  Myers has experience in the health care industry, having served as CEO of Mayo-St. Mary in Rochester, Minnesota.  His platform will largely be health care-based.  One proposal he will push for is price transparency.  He says he will also push for hemp production in South Dakota.
