Guymon To Be Sentenced For Voter Fraud In September

A sentencing date has been set for a Mitchell man who voted twice in the June Mitchell School Board election.  54 year old Craig Guymon pleaded guilty today to the charge.  Guymon voted both in the regular polls and by absentee ballot.  In exchange for his plea, prosecutors will not recommend a sentence.  Guymon could be sentenced to up to two years in prison.  A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.  Sentencing was set for September 10th.
