Guymon Arrested On Voter Fraud Charge

Mitchell police have arrested Craig Guymon, 54, after a report of voter fraud regarding the Mitchell School Board election which took place on Tuesday.  Guymon allegedly voted at the polling place located at 812 North Capital Street in Mitchell on Tuesday morning.  He later returned an absentee ballot to the Davison County Auditor’s Office at 200 East 4th Avenue on Tuesday afternoon.  Guymon is charged with a Class 6 felony, punishable by up to two years in prison.
