Flood Warnings Cancelled For James River

Flood warnings for the James River have been cancelled, although the river is expected to crest near flood levels over the weekend.  Flood stage in Mitchell is 17 feet.  The James is expected to crest at 16.5 feet on Sunday morning.  The river is currently at the 14.5 foot level.  Flood stage for the river at Huron is 11 feet.  The crest is expected there at 10.6 feet on Sunday.
