De Smet Is South Dakota’s Capital For A Day

On Friday, May 10th, De Smet will be South Dakota’s Capital for a Day.  Activities include a Main Street walk, meetings around town, coffee hour with the governor, and tours.  Citizens are encouraged to attend a roundtable discussion on how to keep the next generation in South Dakota at 1 pm at the De Smet High School gym.  A coffee and constituent hour will follow at the gym from 2 pm to 3 pm, allowing residents to speak with Governor Daugaard.
