Dakota Wesleyan Holds Service Day

Over 700 students, faculty, and staff participated in DWU’s Service Day: National Day of Service on Tuesday.  Project sites for volunteering included the Carnegie Resource Center, First United Methodist Church, First Lutheran Church, the Dakota Discovery Museum, Cadwell Park, the Mitchell Salvation Army, and the Mitchell Area Safehouse.  Trash was picked up on streets in Mitchell and at Lake Mitchell.  This is the fourth year that DWU has organized Service Day.
