Bond Reduced For Pierre Man In Infant’s Death

Bond Reduced For Pierre Man In Infant’s Death

Bond has been reduced for a Pierre man accused of killing his infant son.  A judge on Tuesday reduced the bond for 29-year-old Garfield Good Face from $20,000 cash or surety to a $5,000 unsecured bond. Good Face is charged with second-degree manslaughter in last week’s death of 2-month-old Tiernyn Good Face.  Good Face’s attorney, Brad Schreiber, says the bond reduction means Good Face does not have to post any money to leave jail, but would be liable for the $5,000 if he violates the terms of parole. He must also will a monitoring bracelet that will alert officials if he is drinking.  Good Face’s wife had requested a bond reduction.  His next court appearance is set for June 4.
