Boardings At Sioux Falls Regional Airport Up

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Boardings at the Sioux Falls Regional Airport were up 4.6 percent in October from the same month a year earlier.

42,202 people flew out of Sioux Falls last month. October is a high-traffic month with the start of South Dakota’s pheasant hunting season.

The amount of freight that traveled in and out of the Sioux Falls airport was up 16.6 percent in October compared with the same month a year ago.
