The recovery group meets the 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month from 10am-11:30am at the at the Mitchell Public Library East Meeting Room.

Wagner United Methodist Church will again host a Labor Day Lunch following the Annual Labor Day Parade at the church on 406 SW 1st St., Wagner, SD on Monday, September 7th, 2015 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.

The menu will include: BBQ Pork, taverns, chili dogs, hot dogs, potato salad, coleslaw, Baked beans, homemade pies, desserts.

MEGA Gymnastics and Cheer will host a MEGA mini CHEER camp on Monday September 7th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the MEGA YOUTH TRAINING CENTER (710 E Kay) in Mitchell. The camp goers will get a t-shirt and will perform their new skills at the first Mitchell High School Kernels home football game on Friday September 11th. The JVCC is hosting a “Sunday Funday” on September 13th from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. It’s to sit back and enjoy the end of summer and just enjoy being with friends.
Music will be provided by Veryl Hohn. There will be polish golf, horseshoes and bean bag toss. A pie walk with prizes to be given away.
A FREE will offering lunch will be served (hot dogs, pasta salads, fresh fruit, cookies & lemonade).
Please Bring a lawn chair or a blanket. Festivities will be held outdoor weather permitting. Otherwise, it will be held indoors with the exception of Horseshoes. Open to the public – come and join in on the fun!!
